How your enquiry details are used.
Who is responsible
This website belongs to Passon Building, run by Patrik Passon. Questions about your details can go to passonbuilding@outlook.com or 07526 533123.
What is collected
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and if you choose to give them, your phone number, postcode or area, the type of work and your description of the job.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and give you a quote. Your details are not used for marketing and are not sold or passed to anyone else for their own use.
How the form works
When you send the form, your message is emailed to Passon Building through Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, and the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is being sent by a person rather than an automated program. Turnstile looks at technical information from your browser to do this.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set what it needs to carry out its check when the form loads.
How long details are kept
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details held about you, to have them corrected or deleted, using the contact details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
